Experience

Gerry graduated as a Barrister and Solicitor with a Bachelor in Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University. He previously worked in the private sector and has managed his own businesses. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia, all federal courts and the High Court of Australia.

He brings a wealth of experience to the Colthorpe Lawyers and is dedicated to ensuring that people wrongfully charged are given the best opportunity to clear their name or to making sure guilty pleas are only entered once all possible defences have been explored and that only appropriate charges are admitted to.
